The Saskatoon  Blades defeated the Kelowna Rockets 4-2 on Friday night at Prospera Place in Kelowna, handing the Rockets its second straight loss.

Kole Lind scored twice for the Rockets who dominated on the shot clock, but couldn’t solve Saskatoon netminder Logan Flodell who was the game’s first star.

Kelowna outshot Saskatoon 38-17 in the game with Brodan Salmond taking the loss in net.

The loss dropped the Rockets early-season record to 3-6-0-0 on the season.

The Rockets are back in action on Saturday night as its four game home-stand continues with a visit from the Swift Current Broncos.
