Acadia University partners with Bell Aliant for U Sports (CIS) women’s soccer coverage

WOLFVILLE, N.S. – Acadia University and Bell Aliant are pleased to announce a webcasting and TV broadcasting partnership that will provide coverage of all 11 U Sports (CIS) Women’s Soccer Championship games hosted by Acadia Athletics November 10-13, 2016.

 

The partnership will offer Atlantic Canadian subscribers of Bell Fibe TV the opportunity to watch some of the best amateur women’s soccer in Canada in HD on TV1.

 

Bell Aliant will offer online coverage of all 11 tournament games including the Quarterfinals, Semi-Finals, Semi-Final Consolation, Consolation Final and Bronze and Gold medal games. The Fibe TV broadcast schedule will kick off with the 7:30pm Quarterfinal game with the host Acadia Axewomen taking on a team to be determined. It will also include both Semi-Final games on Friday, November 11 and the Bronze and Gold medal games on Sunday, November 13. All TV games will be available on Fibe TV Channel 1.
