WHISTLER, B.C.—The world’s fastest athletes on ice are back in Whistler to kick off the 2016-17 BMW IBSF World Cup bobsleigh and skeleton season at the Whistler Sliding
Centre, December 2-3.
The 2010 Olympic Track will play host to nearly 200 athletes, representing 25 countries from around the globe that will descend on Whistler Village for men’s and women’s skeleton and bobsleigh races.
The action will be fast and furious, the food delicious and non-stop fun for guests of all ages. Put on your red and white and cheer Team Canada on to the top of the podium.
Training November 28-December 1
World Cup Races:
2 p.m. – women’s skeleton
6 p.m. – two-man bobsleigh
10 a.m. – men’s skeleton
2 p.m. – women’s bobsleigh
6 p.m. – four-man bobsleigh
