QUOTES:

TRU Interim Head Coach Mike Hawkins:

On Game:

“We are dealing with a bunch of injuries and illnesses to key guys, which meant opportunities were going to be given to different guys in different situations than they’re used to. I thought we served well and put pressure on their serve receive all three sets, but needed to do a better job picking up balls on defense. They’re an aggressive attacking team that I thought we blocked fairly well, but our back row defense needs to be sharper tomorrow.”

“Our middles are a strong point of our team and we need to continue using them more and more. STP and Bird were efficient when given the opportunity. ”
