WolfPack Looking to Stop Losing Streak Against OC

Kamloops, BC – The Thompson Rivers University WolfPack Baseball team have their longest losing streak of the season. They’ve lost six in a row but are looking to turn things around on Wednesday, May 3rd as they head to Kelowna for the day to take on the Okanagan College Coyotes.

Game times are 1:00pm and 4:00pm at Elks Stadium in Kelowna.

“We just need to flush the past few games,” says rookie Vance Fode, “we need to do the little things right, take care of the baseball and find a way to grind out two wins. If we can take two and roll into the weekend and playoffs on a high note that’s what we need to get our minds right. If we have the right attitude and high energy things will start to fall into place.”

The ‘Pack are currently in fourth place with a 10-12 record on the season and only have six games left in the regular season before playoffs start next week in Kelowna. They’re looking to finish their season strong so they can go into playoffs on the right foot.
