Ripplinger Named Assistant GM in Moose Jaw

Vancouver, B.C. – The Vancouver Giants announced on Friday that Director of Player Personnel Jason Ripplinger has been named the new Assistant General Manager of the Moose Jaw Warriors.
 
“We would like to thank Jason for all his years of service,” said Glen Hanlon, General Manager. “His loyalty to the Giants organization is a quality that we have appreciated and respected. We wish him good luck in his new position with Moose Jaw.”
 
Ripplinger, a Regina native, served as the Head Scout from the Giants’ inception in 2001 until 2008 when he was named the Director of Player Personnel. He was a major part of Vancouver’s WHL Championship team in 2006 and Memorial Cup winning team in 2007.
