Vikes finish steady in fifth at first tournament of the year

VICTORIA – A solid effort from the UVic Vikes women’s golf team saw them finish fifth overall in their first tournament of the 2017-18 season.

The Vikes showed great consistency throughout the tournament in recording rounds of 340 and 347 as a team, good enough for fifth place and 13 shots behind the fourth place team from the host Saint Martin’s University.
