(Vancouver) The BC Lions Football Club today announced that it has signed international offensive linemen Cassidy Curtis, Jac’que Polite and Mark Jackson.

Curtis (6’5”, 305) will look to attend his second CFL training camp after signing with the Edmonton Eskimos in 2017. The former Eastern Washington tackle appeared in 42 games over four seasons for the Eagles and anchored an offensive line that led the way to three-consecutive Big Sky titles.

Polite (6’5, 300) joins the Lions after signing with the Buffalo Bills as an undrafted free agent in 2017. The Winston-Salem State grad appeared in 25 games over three seasons for the Rams earning a pair of Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association first-team selections in 2015 and 2016.

Jackson (6’5”, 330) spent three seasons (’14-’16) in the Arena Football League with Spokane and Portland and was an undrafted free agent signing of the Minnesota Vikings in 2013. The former Glenville State standout was a three-time first-team West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference selection at left tackle.

All three will hit the field for the first time in late April when the Lions host a three-day mini-camp at its Surrey practice facility.
