The BCFC champs will then enjoy a weekend break before hosting the Ontario Football Conference champions Nov 3 in the national semi-final. The Canadian Bowl will see the winner of this game travel to the Prairie Football Conference champions on Nov 17.
BCFC President Tyler Mclaren on this year’s schedule;
“Nothing is ever perfect, we would of course like to see our teams all be able to play a weekly home and away schedule but sometimes getting access to the stadiums is tricky. I know this year the Sun are in a bit of a tough spot because the city there making some repairs to the Apple Bowl just as the season is starting up so they will be on the road for a few weeks to start the season. This made for some challenges but nothing we couldn’t overcome. Our teams and fans still get to enjoy our games in pretty cool junior environments and see every team once.”
