A Garrett Kelly RBI single in the 5th inning led to Brigden being able to work his way out of a couple of innings with the Pippins getting a couple of runners on before the offence chipped in some more in the 6th inning thanks to a ground-rule double from Tinglestad and Orick being hit by a pitch with the bases loaded to push the lead to 6-0.

The starter for Kelowna finished his start after six innings, handing off to the bullpen where Wyatt Hummel came on and induced a scoreless 7th inning before Kellan Richards was brought into the game in the 8th inning and threw a perfect frame.

The Falcons brought home three runs in the 8th inning and saw nine batters come to the plate with the big hit in the inning being a two-run blast over the right field wall for Tinglestad, collecting his third and fourth RBI’s of the night before Garrett Kelly brought home his second RBI of the night and capped off the scoring at 9-0.
