Tonight’s’ WLA Draft at the Langley Event Centre was an exciting one for both the Jr. A
Shamrock’s and the Claremont Lacrosse Academy. The Claremont Lacrosse Academy is a field lacrosse program but most of its senior participants also play box lacrosse with either the Shamrocks or Timbermen Organizations at the Jr. B Tier 1 or Jr. A Levels. Tonight, every single one of the graduated Shamrock Jr. A players were drafted to the WLA.
Eleven players drafted were Claremont Lacrosse Academy Graduates with three of the top six in the first round being graduated Jr. A Shamrocks. This says a lot about both programs and those that run them.
Congratulations to all who were drafted tonight. #wladraft19
