The Western Lacrosse Association (WLA) Board of Governors has set the date for the 2020 Graduating Junior Draft, Thursday, February 6th at 7pm. Watch or follow the draft live at WLALacrosse.com.
A free webcast will be presented by the Langley Events Centre, featuring hosts Jake Elliot and Brad Challoner. Jake and Brad will bring their combined decades of lacrosse experience and knowledge of the game and players to analyze the draft from the first pick to the last.
This will be the first year of territorial protection for the League – each team will have an opportunity to protect one player from their local association area. If a team chooses not to protect a player, they will receive one compensatory pick in a round that will take place immediately prior to the first round of the regular draft.
