Upper Deck, the premier global sports and entertainment collectibles company, announced today that it has signed top NHL DraftTM prospect Quinton Byfield to an exclusive autograph deal. Byfield is expected to be one of the first players selected when the 2020 NHL DraftTM is held on October 6.
Upper Deck’s agreement grants the company exclusive rights to Byfield’s autograph on trading cards and memorabilia. His autograph will be featured on Upper Deck NHL® trading cards soon after he skates in his first NHL® game. Fans will be able to find his exclusive autographed memorabilia at UpperDeckStore.com in coming months as well.
“We look forward to offering exclusive autographed cards and memorabilia to Quinton’s growing fan base for years to come,” said Upper Deck President Jason Masherah. “He is such an exciting young player and already has done some amazing things on the ice, so it will be tremendous to see him begin the next chapter in his hockey career.”
Byfield has been featured in packs of 2019-20 Upper Deck CHL Hockey cards, and he will be included in Team Canada Juniors packs releasing this fall. All products will be available at local trading card stores as well as on Upper Deck e-Pack®, the company’s patent-pending digital platform where collectors can buy, open, collect, and trade cards with fans around the world. His sophomore campaign was even more impressive, as he totaled 82 points in just 45 games.
