The Victoria Admirals U13 C1 team got in one last tournament of the year before Covid restrictions were set to kick in Sunday at midnight. The tournament organizers had to revamp the entire schedule that was to end on the a Monday. Victoria won both their games on Saturday, beating Abbotsford 5-3 and Port Coquitlam 4-1. Sunday they played Richmond to a 2-2 tie. Both teams had the same record but goal differential got the Admirals into the finals against the winners of pool B, the Langley Vipers.
The Admirals led the game right into the third period when Langley tied the game to force overtime. The two teams played 4 on 4 trading scoring chances. After 5 minutes of a scoreless overtime the game was finally decided by a shoot out with the Victoria Admirals winning.
