Brody Coulter has stepped down as the head coach and GM of the Victoria Cougars.

Cam LeSergent will take over in the interim while the organization starts the search for a new Head Coach and General Manager. Brody has been in a coaching role with the Cougars since 2018, prior to his coaching duties he wore a Cougars uniform for 3 seasons collecting 260 points in 145 games and hoisting the Championship trophy twice.

“I would like to thank the Cougars organization for 11 great years. Over time, the Cougars allowed me to grow and provided me with opportunities both as a coach and a player that I will be forever grateful for.

“I would like to personally thank Tony Carlson and Tina Doehnel. Working with the two of you over the years has been an absolute pleasure. You’re two of best people in the world and your passion for the program has always made my job so much easier. To all the players thank you for making my years here so memorable, I know each and every one of you has a bright future ahead of you.

“I’m excited to begin a new chapter in my life with my family at home but I will always be following along and cheering from afar. I wish this program nothing but the best.” – Brody Coulter.

“Brody has been a huge part of the cougars organization for a long time now and things will look a lot different without him around. I was lucky enough to see how great of a coach Brody is when I was a player and also as a member of his staff. Everyday you could see his passion for the game but with a 1 year old son at home you don’t want to miss anytime of him growing up.” – Cam LeSergent.

The Victoria Cougars are now looking to fill both roles. Any prospective applicants can send their CV’s to [email protected].
