Pacific showed dominance in the first half, frustrating the York side with opportunities to score which they were able to capitalize in the 15th minute of the first half. With newly acquired Trinidadian player, Reon Moore putting the rebound in the back of the net and scoring his 2nd goal in the Pacific colours. After a flurry of fouls and cards, the Tridents weren’t successful in finding the net again.

The second started with a different mentality from the York side as they applied heavy pressure. Which came up short after a Pacific substitution in the late stages of the game when Pacifics’ Adonijah Reid collected the cross and shot on net to be deflected by Yorks’ Max Ferrari into the back of the York side net in the 77th minute.
