The Victoria Shamrocks defeated the New Westminister Salmonbellies by a score of 14-10. What was the first home game since the 2019 Mann Cup fans were anxious to finally watch some lacrosse. The barn was filled with 2,381 fans ready to watch. The Shamrocks came out big tallying 8 goals while The Salmonbellies scored 5 goals.

The second period would show a lot slower-paced with only three goals coming from the Shamrocks making it 11-5. New Westminister started a comeback in the third period but would prove not to be enough as they tallied five goals to the Shamrocks’ three making it 14-10 for Victoria.

Jesse King led the team to the win with four goals and four assists. Four other members of the Shamrocks had multiple-goal games with Larson Sundown (3), Liam Phillips (2), and Cole Pickup (3) adding big goals to the night.
