Canada Soccer have announced their Men’s National Team squad for the upcoming Concacaf Nations League matches against Curaçao and Honduras in the month of March. The two-match series doubles as an opportunity to reach the 2022-23 Concacaf Nations League Final as well as a qualification route to this summer’s 2023 Concacaf Gold Cup.

The series also features Canada’s first home match since the Men’s National Team’s historic run to the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™. Canada play away against Curaçao on Saturday 25 March and then back home against Honduras on Tuesday 28 March. The home match will be played in Toronto.

“The last time we played in Toronto in March, we qualified for the FIFA World Cup,” said John Herdman, Canada Soccer’s Men’s National Team Head Coach. “This is just the start of the journey and we hope the fans that were there celebrating will support us on our first step towards our home FIFA World Cup preparations for 2026.”

Canada (1W-0D-1L) have two matches remaining in their League A Group C schedule while their opponents Curaçao (1-0-2) and first-place Honduras (2-0-1) have one match left each. Both of Canada’s matches will be broadcast live on OneSoccer, available as a linear channel on Telus’ Optik TV (Channel 980) as well as online at OneSoccer.ca, through the OneSoccer app and on the fuboTV Canada platform. Fans will find extended coverage for the matches across Canada Soccer’s digital channels on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube featuring the hashtag #CANMNT.

Canada are riding a Men’s National Team record 15-match undefeated streak at home including a joint-record seven-match home win streak. Canada Soccer’s combined National Teams, meanwhile, have an 11-match undefeated streak at BMO Field since June 2017, which is also a Canada Soccer record.

While Canada are perfect 2-0-0 against Curaçao since 2017, they hold a 5W-3D-2L home record against Honduras since 1985. The overall record is an even 1-1-1 in their last three matches against Honduras since September 2021, with Honduras the 2-1 winners in San Pedro Sula in this round of Concacaf Nations League.
