The BC Hockey Male and Female Senior Hockey have been awarded as the Fraser Valley Jets of the South Coast Women’s Hockey League (SCWHL) has won the Female Senior AA championship in Hope, BC while the Dawson Creek Canucks have won the Coy Cup, BC Hockey’s Male Senior AA Championship in Fort St. John, BC. It was the second consecutive championship for both teams.
Fraser Valley defeated the Kamloops Vibe in the Senior Female AA championship game after going a perfect 4-0 in the provincial tournament. This completes a banner season for the Jets who also finished a top of the SCWHL regular season standings with a 20-4-1 record.

The Dawson Creek Canucks have won the 2019 Senior Male AA Coy Cup following a 4-2 win over the Fort St. John Flyers in the championship game. The Canucks went 3-1 in the round-robin portion of the tournament and defeated Williams Lake in the semi-final 7-4 to earn a berth in the gold medal game.
The Coy Cup featured four (4) teams, including the Canucks, the Flyers, the Williams Lake Stampeders and the Prince Rupert Rampage.
The Coy Cup was donated to BC Hockey by Colonel Coy of the 50th Gordon Highlanders (now the 16th Scottish) of Victoria, BC. It is emblematic of the Senior AA Amateur Hockey Championship of BC. The first Coy Cup was awarded to the Enderby Hockey Club in the 1922-1923 season.
