Eves of Destruction Roller derby returns June 10th for another night of epic action! Game one starts at 5:30 p.m. and features our own Belles of the Brawl facing off against Prince George’s Thrashers, sure to be a solid battle on the track. As always, we are hosting a double-header and game two is sure to be a crowd pleaser as we morph back into our favourite alter-egos: The Steves of Seduction, for the first time post-covid! Sure to be an absolute blast, the Steves of Seduction game features our Eves battling it out against each other in drag.
Come cheer on your favourite Eves at Archie Browning Sports Centre in Esquimalt on Saturday, June 10. Doors open at 5 and tickets sell out quickly! This event is all-ages with a licensed beverage garden featuring beverages from our partners Strait & Narrow and Spinnakers. Our bouts sell-out quickly, so buy your tickets in advance for $10 or risk missing out at the door, where tickets are $15. As always, children 10 & under are free.
The Eves of Destruction Roller Derby League was formed in 2006, has over 80 players, refs, and officials, and features six teams. Adult members play for The A-Team, The Belles of the Brawl, the Daisy Pushers,The Margarita Villains and The Hard Cores.
The league also has a gender-inclusive junior team, The Rotten Apples, made up of
players aged 10-18 and a mini junior team, The Seeds of Destruction, for ages 3-10.
