The Oak Bay Breakers are the No. 1 seed for the 2023 Junior Girls Basketball Provincial Invitational Tournament.

The draw was released on Saturday (February 25) ahead of the 24-team tournament, which kicks off on March 1 and runs through March 4 at Langley Events Centre.
Joining the Victoria team as the tournament’s top four seeds are Abbotsford’s Yale Lions (No. 2), Langley’s Brookswood Bobcats (No. 3) and Surrey’s Holy Cross Crusaders (No. 4).
